! Cancelation / No-Show Policy !
I do understand that sometimes life can be a little unpredictable. However, without giving me enough notice you won’t be at your scheduled appointment, it does affect my business and is taking away an appointment opportunity from my other clients who wanted that time. The 24 and48 hr. notice allows me sometime to fill your spot with another client. When you cancel in advance, it also gives us a great opportunity to get you back on the schedule as soon as possible for a different appointment day/time! Your illness is regrettable but should not be my financial burden.

Should you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment, I ask that you give me a minimum of 24-hour for haircut and 48-hour notice for color/perm services.

If you cancel with less than the required notice you will incur a charge of 50% of the cost of your service.

If you cancel with less than 4 hours’ notice or fail to show up for your appointment you will be responsible for the full cost of the service booked.

You will be required to pay these charges before being able to book future appointments plus be required to pay a deposit for future appointments.

I ask that you call or text in advance if you know you will be late for your booked appointment to allow me to make any necessary changes to my schedule where possible. However, please understand that I may no longer be able to accommodate you, especially during busy periods.

If you arrive 15 minutes or more late for your appointment and I’m not able to accommodate you, it will be considered as a no-show, and you will be charged accordingly.
My promise to you, because this works both ways:
I will contact you at my first sign of illness (all though I don’t get sick often) or if life gets in the way of your appointment. I will recover as quickly as possible and rebook your appointment upon my return.
